Standard delivery is free on orders over £40, and £4.99 for orders below this.
Timing
We aim to get your Scrumbles to you ASAP. We use a standard next working day delivery service, and orders are typically dispatched 1-2 working days after the order is placed. During busy periods this can be delayed.
KEEPING YOUR PAWPRINT LIGHT
STORAGE
All our food can be stored at ambient room temperate omitting the need for cold chain transport. Once our wet food has been opened though, please do store it well-covered in your fridge and consume within 72 hours.
RECYCLE
Our dry food and treats bags are 100% recyclable with your plastic carrier bags. The pots and FSC sleeves of our wet food are 100% recyclable in your plastic (PP5) and paper recycling respectively, and our new wet cat and dog food tins are 100% recyclable with your metals. The packaging materials we use are also 100% recyclable with your paper and card.

Our delivery services have the highest rates of first time delivery reducing unnecessary transport.
